We process the details you enter in the access form (name, email, phone, town, household, intended use, financing, timescale and free text) in order to qualify interest, send access links and arrange viewings. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data stay on our web host in Germany and are not used for advertising lists.

Access links are sent by email. Server logs of the host may be stored briefly for security. We do not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. When you load that section, your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap tile servers. YouTube (privacy-enhanced embed) is loaded only in the protected room-tour page after login.

You may request access, correction or deletion at kontakt@klein-trebel.de. You may lodge a complaint with the Lower Saxony data protection authority.
